Great Company and Kites

This is my first speed kite and also first time buying from HQ. HQ was kind enough to give me a call that I had ordered line that wouldn't let this kite perform to its best. So they switched the line for me at no extra cost. The kite arrived a day early but sadly had a cracked spreader. I called HQ and they send me a replacement. Very pleased with their customer service. When I got the spreader it was time to fly. In light winds you just gotta keep this thing moving and it has a nice whistle too it but once wind reaches over 18 mph this thing roars, loudest kite I've heard. Let me tell you, you better be prepared in +25mph winds. I am 180 lbs sitting on the ground and this thing pulled me up and on my chest and then dragged me for a solid 15 ft before I was able to steer it out of the wind. By the end of the afternoon I was covered in grass stains and had blisters on my toes from all the pulling that this thing does (wear soft toed shoes for more comfort). Lastly, the speed of this thing! Its really fast and its extremely touchy on the controls. You have be careful because crashing this thing will more than likely break something. Anyways, this is exactly what I've been looking for so I am giving it a solid 5 stars.
